During the first week of December 2013 I applied for an online contract, on the 7th December 2014 my account was debited as agreed and I was informed that the contract has been approved.
Since then I have not yet been contacted by the delivery company.
On the 18th of December I sent a mail to [Email Removed] to enquire about the delay on which I received a notification that the mailbox is full and my mail could not be delivered.
I then sent another mail to the same E-mail address later that same day which seems to have gone through as I did not receive any non delivery notifications.
Until now 27dats later I have not heard anything from Telkom Mobile or the delivery company regarding the delivery or my enquiry.
