I have been trying to get Telkom ADSL service for my apartment in Edenburg (Rivonia) but after I placed my order I received a call from one of their agents to tell me that they have no infrastructure/ports available in my area. I find this unacceptable seeing as how my neighbours and all the businesses in the area have connectivity.
I live less than a kilometre away from the nearest exchange (Sunninghill - Riverpark/Homestead - RSNKAG) and I fail to see why they cannot connect me.
Telkom please help me - I desperately need connectivity as I often have a need to work from home.
