I sent my phone in at the beginning of December for a fault of mtn. I am still waiting for my phone till today, I have emailed Mtn customer service multiple times and they always just say it has been escalated and someone will contact me, well it has been a month now and I am still waiting to be contacted. The customer service at mtn is shocking!!! The phone is on contract, so I have now had to pay for the whole of December even though I havent had a phone. Where is my phone!!!
