Mira Networks just common

My cellular account has been billed for a service I did not subscribe to (have a data modem) without my consent. There are more than 25 similar cases in the last month on this website. If we all do not receive responses and explanations in the next few days I propose we jointly seek legal action against this company. Surely it is a crime to be billed without ones written consent...

the only msg i received when i went through the modem mail was "Reminder you are subscribed to Cellspice 4 New videos..."

You people are just common criminals.

And what is vodacom doing about this. absolutely nothing. they know about mira networks by now.

i'll probably wont get my money back.

Unsubscribe from a Service
If you are referred to Mira Networks to unsubscribe from a service please follow these steps:

Call 086 110 MIRA (6472)

Press 1 for unsubscribe, type in your cell number and press the # key,

OR press 2 for an operator and a Customer Care agent will assist you to log your unsubscribe request;

option 2 is not even there when you phone the number they just disconnect you, just a bunch of liars and.
