We are waiting for feedback from headoffice

Waiting for Godot? Was harassed to upgrade, did so and got NO service! Upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S 3 on 7 December. Could not receive cellcalls from day one. Keep getting the message "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has been stopped". Called Mr William Gadney and was told MTN is at fault. Waited another 24 hours to register the new micro sim. No cellcalls came through. Took the phone back on 22 Dec, nothing was done. Said the network and card will be checked, again. Still nothing. Took in the phone again 28 Dec. Nashua sent it away, with the promise that a new phone will be dispatched from headoffice as soon as they received the old faulty one. No new phone. Was offered a loan phone and told the phone was actually not part of the contract. It was an "extra", so they feel it is still not contract break. The phone is still not back, no one can tell me when I will receive it back. The initial promise of a new phone is on hold, because we are waiting for feedback from headoffice. No one can tell me when the phone will be back, what the problem is and why they cannot fulfill their promise. I want to cancel my contract. After 12 years of loyalty I am NOT BEING PUT FIRST!
