I upgraded my contract on the 2nd of December 2013, after a few days the phone froze and rebooted itself. At some point it heated up when I was charging it. I took it to the shop on the 9th of December and I was told it will be booked in for repairs and I will get a feedback within 7 days. According to the contract, I have to get a new phone if the phone has manufacturing defects and is reported within 7 days or even within 6 months (see 2.1 and 2.2 of the terms and conditions). Well that never happened as I am still waiting till today, my phone is off since it uses a micro sim so that means people cant get hold of me in the meantime. How many days more do I have to wait? I cannot be out of a phone for such a long time because the next thing I will hear is holidays which is not my problem.
