SOMETIME IN SEPTEMBER 2012 I PICKED UP I WAS STILL PAYING FOR 0798875269 (though the initial query was logged almost a year ago already) I HAVE TWO LINES WITH VSP MY LINE AND THE OTHER IS USED BY MY WIFE AND I DISPUTED THIS LINE. I PHONED ONE THEIR SERVICE CENTRE TO QUERY WHICH I WAS ADVISED THE LINE HAD ALREADY REACHED ITS TERM DATE, THEY WOULD CANCEL AND THIS WAS AROUND 20/09/2012. SINCE THEN NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL THIS YEAR IN FEBRUARY 2013 WHERE I CAME ACROSS A UNATHI PUPU THAT WORKS AT CUSTOMER CARE-SOMERSET. WHICH I DON'T WHAT HE DID OR SAID AS INITIAL IT LOOKED MY LONG LOGGED QUERY WOULD BE RESOLVED. THEY DEEMED THE DISPUTE VALID AND AGREED TO CREDIT ME 30 MONTHS WHICH I WANTED IT AS A REFUND. INIATIAL THEY GAVE 3 MONTHS CREDIT THEN AFTER PLENTY OF VISIT TO UNATHI AND THE EMAILS HE SENT THEY THEN CREDITED ME ANOTHER 10 MONTHS WHICH MADE IT 13 MONTHS AND THEY STILL OWE ME 17 MONTHS AND UP TO DATE THEY STILL NOT GIVE MY REFUND ALL I WANT IS R135* 17 MONTHS PAID IN MY BANK ACCOUNT THEY HAVE MY BANKING DETAILS I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE SAME EXCUSE EVERYTHING THE HEAD OFFICE IS CONTACTED REGARDING MY QUERY. PLEASE ASSIST ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND INTEREST WOULD NICE AS WELL.
