When mtn insurance want your money they very quick to promise but when they need to deliver they dont come to the party... The insurance came to pick my phone up from me nearly 3 weeks ago, for the last week i have been trying to get hold of someone but nothing and WORSE nobody has contacted me. I need someone to contact me and tell me what is going because this is VEEEERY FRUSTRATING!!! and the service is PATHETIC TO SAY BUT THE LEAST!!!
