I am so of at this point with MTN I cannot even describe my frustration. For the last three months I consistently had issues with my account. MTN in their wisdom decided to activate BIS on Samsung phone after it was cancelled 5 months earlier. the contract special that they had got changed one-sided and items for broadband get loaded which was part of the specific special. MTN keep on passing credits but just go ahead and make the same cockup the next month.

I keep on contacting the call centre but for some bizarre reason MTN staff insist that I must have requested the changes. (Like Felica and Thato). After insisting that I have not requested the changes and I when I ask to speak to a supervisor, I hold on and summarly got cut-off and have to call again an restart the process.

I foresee that I will still have to battle about six months to get my issue sorted out, and I will most probably get a response of "We are sorry to hear of you bad experience... bla, bla, bla" instead of MTN addressing and resolve the issue.
