I am so furious with Cell C, my 24month contract with them should have ended on the 25th of August 2012. However much to my surprise I am still getting getting billings upto today 2014. I than ccontacted the call centre which I spoke to a guy called Ashley who I asked when was my last successful payment with Cell C and he advised me it was the 25th of August 2013. Than I asked him whether he sees any communication from Cell C calling me for an upgrade or to continue with the contract and he advised me he sees no communication from Cell C to me. Therefore he transferred me to Contract Cancellation department which I spoke to some lady who than I told I am ccancelling the contract & I owe Cell C nothing than she told me she will transfer the call to pre-legal to dispute that I don't owe Cell C. I never got through to pre-legal I kept on being transferred from pillar to post. My no.s being taken nobody calling me, no response to my e-mail. I wwant nothing to do with Cell C my patience was really tested these past days. My name will not be bblacklistedall cause of poor customer service. My contract was for 24months not for 52months like I buying a car. Just camcel everything, nx
