I had my debt reconciled in April with FNB and a total repayment of R1500.00 was worked out.
During the month of July my account was changed by someone from the call centre and the payment was changed to 6 months and a payment of R7000 was requested. Then when I phoned in and complained they checked the recording and found out that the FNB call centre agent changed it in error to 6 months instead of the requested budget to be transferred to straight. Then the last call centre agent I spoke to changed it back to the original agreement but said the re-payment would be higher. Why should I have to pay more for your stuff up? The supervisor said the call centre agent would send an apology letter and explanation and I have received nothing. The account is still wrong and has not been fixed. What the is going on FNB.
