One and a half months later... call after call after call... countless hours wasted with a call centre that has no power to resolve technical issues... technitions to the house... promises broken... only to be told finally that I can cancel my contract... then disconnected in process and all through the whole problems again. The call centre is not connected to the people who can help except for email and no one ever comes back to you. I am waiting for a supervisor who promised to call me back and of course, they haven't called me back. I have been abused by this process... one a nod a half months of pure frustration. Terrible, terrible, terrible systems in place to deal with problems. Time wasters of note.
