My phone faulty since 4 Jan 2013 I got 3 fault no

I got 3 fault reporting no, without the problem been solve they just close the complain. No one contact me in order for me to explain the problem. Can get hold of Technical managers tel no on West rand. I repaired the line myself, with my own cable to get my phone to work while my wife is in hospital with a back operation. GREAT SERVICE TELKOM WESTRAND . I hope they don't feel guilty when they draw there pay.
