Worst service

Got call from 8ta saying I am due for upgrade. stopped at 8ta the telkom store in Cresta at 16h45. Have 2 contracts due for upgrade- we chose the iphone 16gb. Filled the forms to be told by tseko that they offline we should come back. Came back at 17h45. Still offline but it wil be done.asked him to please do it, we will wait as it would be a 100km return trip if we came back the next day. He advised they close at 7 so he will do his best. Asked if it needs tobe vetted- no cos its an upgrade. Came back before closing to find that tseko knocked off at 6. Went back today at 10am.had to wait for 45 mins before being attended to. Staff have no idea how to process upgrade. Could not find the 16gb contract 1s so we agreed on a 32gb. Could not find that so we agreed on a contract 3, unable to find that on the system so settled for a 64gb. Wanted 1 white 1 black, could not find that so being tired and my kids hungry settled for both white. Then he couldn't load the contracts, kept referring to someone else. eventually left the store 4 hours later at 13h45 empty hand as now it has been referred for vetting. U wasted my time and petrol- service stinks- cancel so I can go to cell c or vodacom
