On Sunday the 29th December 2013 we went to MTN Canal walk lower level branch to upgrade on an existing contract. The handset we upgraded to required a micro sim. We had to purchase one at the cost of R136.00 . We were told it would be activated between 2 to 24 hours. This was not done. We went to N1 city MTN only to be told that they were not able to assist as it had been done at Canal Walk and the paperwork was there. Ironically, neither the consultant who did the sim swap nor the manager were there. This has cost us unnecessary time and money. I expect a full refund for the SIM from MTN as well as a reduced subscription for the package and the SIM to be activated immediately. This is the umpteenth time I have had to complain about MTN. When will you guys get something as simple as service right?
