I went to vodocom shop in Canal Walk I told the tech guy i am loosing signal he tells me no its softwear i need to upgrade. I leave my ph there he says it will take 2hrs to complete so the afternoon 3pm it will be finish. I decide not to rush them and go bck at 8-30pm to find my cellphone not being sorted out and booked in repairs ready to be sent away to JHB. Now I am without phone and my micro sim card cant fit into any ph they do a sim swap but yet it does not get activated. Fiday 10/01/2013 Im without a ph im loosing bussines and the saturday when i go into the shop another sim swop must b made this is the the service i get offered there. I pray that my sim card gets activated and i get get my ph back.
