In November 2013 I upgraded to a Samsung TAB 3 10.1 with at a cost of R299 per month with a 1GB data package per month, that is the contract I signed on for. This month I have not received a detailed account from VC, and suddenly the debit amount is much more than it should be. I went online to check my account. Suddenly my monthly subscription on the Tab has changed from R299 to R489, 29 a month!! What is this Vodacom? As far my records show and my knowledge is concerned, I never go over my data spending. What is this? Now trying to get hold of them is fruitless. Suddenly you need to sign up on a forum on their site to voice your complaint, phoning them is also useless - for the last 20 minutes I've been hearing "we are currently experiencing high call volumes! " and listening al over again and again to the same stupid song!
