Staying very close to Durban central, very urban area and once again sitting without a telkom line ADSL. Day 11 and counting and we just referred to some outage number dated the 4th of December 13. We open a fault and as usual the guys close it without checking it, so according to Telkom the last open fault is always just 24hours old. So I guess we will not get our full refund for both the line and ADSL for all the days the line was down? How much longer must a person wait for a simple line to be fixed?
