I reported my faulty ADSL line numerous times these past 2 weeks and I keep on receiving the same answer from the call centre.., . "WE HAVE LOGGED YOUR FAULT AND WE ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM" Then I receive an sms to say my fault is sorted, but when I try to use the internet, I can't because it is still faulty!!
On Friday they said the data exchange is overloaded with users and I need to be patient because they will replace the data exchange in the future. When I asked them how long it will be, they said they don't have a specific date... I am fed up with bad service from Telkom.
