Telkom what can we say... You are unbelieveble

So what can people say :

On the 2 Jan I went to Cape gate Telkom Direct all happy because I want to apply for the adsl line
So I fill in all the necessary documents and asked if I can have Telkom line and data and the isp..so two later the guys pitch and say they had to put in my Telkom voice line... with the arrangement that they will be putting in the voice data ISP so I asked the guys so where are my router and my telephone so no..we just came to put in the voice..then I asked the guys what the order..and said again just the phone line so I call the call center and they said they can tell me what happen with my order because they only have the order to put in the voice line... today I went to cape gate again 06/02/2013 ..no they say

they area currently doesn't support broadband type services at this stage the planned date for service delivery are 11 Jul 2013 this not a commited date only a forecast

no can anyone please come back to me asap!!!

just another thing is phone the services line 10210 they say your line will be ready soon so all the time I was calling they where lieing to me
