8ta need competent, problem solver staff

My contract is due for an upgrade, I want to upgrade to a more expensive contract, that was Easter Weekend. I have been to 8ta's branch at least 11 times. The first person made a mistake on the upgrade and couldn't fix it, they were offline, since then no one was able to fix that problem, but many empty promises. THEY ARE ALL GOOD AT ISSUING NEW CONTRACTS, BUT NO ONE CAN SOLVE A PROBLEM. Eventually a woman called back, but no stock, someone took the phone they were holding for me, with all my details and signed papers fastened around it. Since I cant even get a freaking upgrade, I SUPPOSE THEY DON'T NEED NEW CLIENTS, maybe it time to move on...
