Ad service and bad attitude

I am Charles Vusi Maya, I bought a phone on the 11 December 2012 at a vodashop in Benoni it was a Sony Ericsson Experia E. On the 17 december my phone started to make funny noises on the speaker and it was not a good sound. On the 18 I took the phone back to vodashop. They called the manager for me to handle the querie I had. The manager took the phone and told me that they taking it to repairs and it will take 3 to 5 working day.i asked him if he will give me another phone to use whilst that one is still at repairs he was very rude and responded with an attitude of saying he don't have phones lying around the shop. 5 woking days had passed nd still no phone, the other problem is that he does not communicate with and always an the one making follow ups and going to the store, and every time I go there or make a call I always get bad service when I try to tell him that its been long since am waiting for my phone and I don't have a phone he becomes harsh and rude. As a vodacom customer am very disappointed in the service that I got.
