No ADSL AGAIN

I reported my ADSL working intermittently on the 20th December. Then on the 30th the phone line died and so did the internet. Happy New Year (and birthday) to everyone I can't contact. Back at work and 4th day I can't work. Telkom say they'll fix it and it's marked as urgent but who knows if they're all still partying or recovering? Please guys I pay my account, come and fix my line!
