I am experiencing extremely poor download speeds at my residence in Grahamstown. I am getting better speeds when I am roaming on Vodacom EDGE than cell C 3G!!! My phone shows full 3G signal but my download speeds are horrendous!! Speedtest results at my residence earlier:

This is absolutely unacceptable! Cell C's coverage map clearly show that Grahamstown has FULL HSPA coverage. I previously thought the network was over subscribed but clearly this is not the issue!
It was a mistake to move from Vodacom to Cell C.
