As with all my complaints, Cell C just gets worse and worse.
After cancelling my Cell contract because of no signal in my area, I now have no data signal.
I have always had reasonable 'data' signal.
Since Monday, the signal is very poor. It downloads from good - 300kphs to 5 kphs and sits at 0 kphs and won't download.
Cell C keeps telling me that they are upgrading their signal from Pretoria to Johannesburg, but the service is getting worse.
Please sort this out or refund me for the balance of my year once off 2G a month at R1299.
I'm tired of struggling to to my work with a company that is all talk and 'no do'.
