Ahhhh what a fantastic 5 minutes I have to type this... why do you ask??? Its because at any moment now I will loose my signal, even though the experienced tech team has been working on this for 3 weeks, the fact that my download speed averages between 200 and 300kbps and my upload max 20kbps blows my mind. I am a business woman that has business to do, to do this business i need uninterrupted signal, no i am wasting valuable business time to phone CellC to check-up on my tech problem... the sweet excuses are wearing thin now. As much as i want to do your work for you, i dont have the time. I will however send you the bill for the Internet Cafe usage i had to pay so i can actually do some work. PS. even a Government broadband supplier is better then you. Trek op julle sokkies man!!! This is my 3rd complaint... this time i thought i will write down my thoughts.
