On the 1st of Febraury our company's Kimberly branch relocated and we asked to cancel the lines, and decided to keep them afterwards, so we sent in a fax to stop the cancellation, also phoned and asked them not to cancel the lines anymore, and sent an email as they reqquested, yet they still cancelled the lines. Now we are losing business because calls through to the landline numbers cuts off with an authorization failure. This problem should be fixed free of charge and the lines reactivated free of charge as well. This is Telkom's mistake.
Please look into the problem.
