Telkom is busy upgrading all lines to Fibre Optic Cables in Ferndale, Randburg. My Business Primary Lines has been DEAD since 20 Dec 2013, Bulk Problem. I have reported it last week from my Cellphone. A very helpful Operator assisted me, Ziyanda, she made enquires and said Alfred will phone and advise when my Business will have COmmunication again. SInce Thursday NO REPLY. I am losing Business as Telkom was chosen too supply the Primary Coms to my Business and there is NO Business Lines..
