Trying to arrange for technicians to sort out my alarm before I go on holiday. Absolutely NO response from ADT: no managers coming back to me (always in meeting/not available), waiting and waiting on feedback from Technical manager (client is not able to make contact with him), and in the mean time the clock is ticking. Spoken to various people in call centre - not ONE came back to me as promised. Some of the worst service I've had in my life was from ADT on a previous occasion (re account), and here I go again. Why Im still a paying client of ADT I don't know. And every year their fees just go up. Pathetic.
