I have been trying to call the nedbank contact centre this morning, every-time I get transferred the call gets disconnected, called about 6 times, thereafter I asked the consultant for the direct number of the Legal department, I called the number and the switchboard operator transfers my call but transfers to a voice recording. I called again then I was put on hold for 7 Min then put threw to a consultant, while speaking to the consultant and explaining the reason for my call, the call gets disconnected again. All i want to know is... there was transaction of R11 000.00 made on my account, then it was adjusted then credited and now I am left to pay fees for a transaction that I have no knowledge of. Can someone from Nedbank contact me and advise;WHO IS MAKING TRANSACTIONS ON MY ACCOUNT. This is not the first time that I am having a trouble getting threw to the consultants. Also why should i be paying extra fees when I did not transact on my account
