From the 27th december my life has become an absolute nightmare.i have tried and been trying ever since with no success to contact rmcs to return my number to pre-paid and the airtime and the bis service returned and reactivated.my number was converted unlawfully or consent verbal or otherwise and have caused a great deal of inconvenience The contact number for rmcs provided by MTN and Nashua mobile is of no use because it's for ever engaged.this morning I received an SMS to notify that I have been topped up with R50 airtime and 25sms What the would i do with that combo when my monthly spend on airtime exceeds that and with bis service I have no use for SMS .Could this issue be resolved with a sense of urgency
