This is hellopeter complaint number 2. Following up, i was contacted by alex on the 13-12-2013.To date, no return call. After eventually getting stock, they promised delivery for 30-12-2013. No delivery happened, i phoned Ram Hand to Hand and they sent it the following day after complaining. I took out this contract solely for the 1gb data free pm for 6months, as a bonus I was told I would get a headset and car charger with. They only sent the phone and headset and there is NO 1gb data (no surprise here). When I called Vodacon, they told me to called interactive tech who never called back after leaving messages. I spent a lot of money calling Vodacon to resolve, but nothing. I eventually cancelled the contract out of sheer frustration. I am very irritated at how they operate, making you run from pillar to post, thinking i'm doing them a favor. You always speak to a different person, who more than likely will ask you to call another number. They refuse to cc you on emails so you wont really know whats being done, you have to take their word which has consistently been a struggle. The call centers are extremely inefficient and badly trained. Vodacom online takes 1st place for worst service to me
