I upgraded my contract with Vodacom a week and a half ago through the on line service. On delivery next day I opened the box to find that they sent me the wrong handset and also the deal consisted of a car charger as well as blue tooth headset were I only received the headset and not the car charger, therefore I sent it back and did not sign for package. After 3 days on the phone again... I tried to understand what is the process on getting the correct stuff, and finding the correct info was a tedious exercise, everyone that I spoke to was just passing the bucket all the time and nobody were assisting me at all. Eventually I came through to a person that assisted me and I literally confirmed 3 times with her over the telephone my order, just to receive my package this morning and the order were wrong again... As I tried to escalate the matter to more senior people, nobody were available and everyone were blaming someone else. Nobody wanted to assist me. Now all of a sudden the phone call were not recorded and nobody can assist. Very poor service and definitely cancelling my contract with Vodacom after this!!!
