I jst calld to check if my blackberry serviice are active, the girl is so rude in a way dat she keeps interrupting me when I try 2 explain my problem, she doesn't let me finish a sentencestatement, she predict what I was gonna say, I asked her y she ddnt let me finish explaining and when I ask she put me on mute and unmute only when she speaks, she make the line dead when I speak and it only becomes active when she speakes, my problem was not resolved and I had to end the conversation_this is the last time I use MTN, m moving to vodacom and I will never re-new my services with mtn again, I regret why I already bought the airtime.
