Poor, Pathetic Service

I called through to with a query. i got through to a PURY as usual i gave her my ID number and confirmed my details and then advised her of my query in her reply to my query shes not clear, she isn't giving an answer that i understand.i therefore explain what my query is and advise her i do not understand the answer she is giving me before i can finish she puts me on mute and here i am speaking to dead air. she comes back on the line and asks me what my query is and i give it her again and i hear giggling and shes speaking to someone else and the line goes dead again, when she finally comes back on the line she asks me what i want, at this stage i feel like a total, i ask her why does she keep muting the line she doesn't know what my query is because she is simply not listening. Her reply to this is that she is consulting a manager of her that is there with her about my account, which i understand but can she not advise of that and ask me to hold or at least listen to my query. I then ask to speak to this manager that she was consulting with. Wafika (manager) apologizes on her behalf and says he will get back to me and NOTHING, My query is still not attended to and this is RUBBISH!!!
