Good day,
I made an application to upgrade my current contract with Neotel on the 20th of December after an unsuccessful attempt to upgrade the week before with the Menlyn branch. Gift at Neotel sales department confirmed my application was approved and to expect delivery of the handset on the 24th of December. I had a subsequent discussion on the 23rd with a call centre agent informing the upgrade was not approved. My request to escalate the query to a supervisor was declined and call was forwarded to another sales agent who confirmed the upgrade was approved and the handset will be delivered latest by 30th Dec.

I have had no further communication from Neotel and I believe the service I received so far is way below expectation.
