Contract Declined - "low credit rating"

I visited the 8ta store in Nelspruit on the 26th of Jan 13 to apply for the 10gb internet 5 promo @ R248 with a wifi modem.

I provided all information including proof of payment to my current rental address, as well as 3 months bank statements showing income of - R33 000, and payments of about R27 000

They said they'll contacts me as it has been referred.

I did'n hear ANYTHING from them so on Monday late afternoon I went back to the store and they said they are still waiting they'll contact me.

Today, a week later!!!??? I went BACK TO THE STORE as NO-ONE even bothered to contact me to tell me that the application has been declined!!!

Of course I have a low credit ratiing, as i pay almost everything cash, but I do have a R130 000 student loan which is being paid off as weel as my monthly rentals. I mean just look at my friggin' bank statement?! I'm earning R13k salary - also provided them with this info.

I also have a prepaid 8ta sim, where they can see me purchasing R149-R300 prepaid airtime per month.

Where do I go from here?!
