Debited for no reason

I have cancelled and paid my vodacom contract on the 12.11.2013 in full. The month for November I was debited which i except. Now for December I am debited with R61.99 for no reason? The call centre cant help as "no one can hear me on the phone" its strange as i take daily calls from the same phone and number. I think this is a rip off, just debiting for no reason or answer.
