With reference to my previous complaint. I was called by Nashua Mobile on Friday morning 27/12/2013 informing that my phone was fixed and that it would be send back to the Brits Branch asap. I told the lady the importance of getting the phone back as my daughter needs it before she goes to her father for two weeks on 2 Jan. Today I phone the Brits branch to be informed that the phone is as head office waiting to be invoiced. WHAT THE!!! Can somebody please help me to get my phone back.
