Still no action from Telkom!!!
I am still waiting for feedback regarding the escaltion (ARS 239602) and when my physical line will be fixed. I phone the Fault Reporting centre now and it was like walking into a brick wall. I can't belive it is so difficult sending a technician to my house to fix the line that Telkom expects me to pay every month!!! Also my account still shows the wrong site address even though I changed it before with the call centre!!
