VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed and shocked with the service I received at 8ta Clearwater Mall. Tebogo, who is the manager, was so rude and disrespectful. He refused to listen to my complaint and constantly interrupted me while I was trying to share my story. Even after informing him of his rudeness en requesting that he remain quite to enable me to complete my sentence, he refused to treat me with respect. He has no manners and no idea how to treat a customer. His client relations need improvement - a lot, considering his senior position. He then, not only, failed to hear my frustration but cancelled my contract, which was not what I wanted. Please follow up on this matter as treating customers in such a manner is unacceptable.

After all of this drama my issues have not yet been resolved.

I have a pending data dispute which has been hanging since October. On 01 December I received a message that you are attending to the problem and I have yet to receive any feedback - 3 months and counting!

Now for my biggest frustration... I have yet to receive a dongle, for which I am paying, that works. I am running out of patience!

Fix this!
