Failure to repair damaged line

I have reported the fault about 4 times since beginning of December. Line is faulty between exchange and building. Telkom has been advised of this but they fail to send out a technician to the premises. Only getting status messages that ADSL has been restored. I am now tired phoning Telkom explaining the same story over and over without any result. I am losing bussiness because of the faulty line. Beyond fedup!!!!
