I am offered a upgrade and wanted to have more information before I order online. I have entered my details so that I can be contacted. No one did. Then I entered my details again, which is not possible to send. So I phoned the Number given on the website. The lady on the phone was completely incompetent to give me the information to what phone I can be upgraded without extra charges nor what package would be suitable. she also told me that the one package I am on now is not available anymore. Why, she could not say. I could not enter the upgrade page online anymore, it is now blocked. She wanted to transfer me to customer care, but I was disconnected. Also the website says, if you buy online there is no administration fee, but she says, there is. I am the first time on a contract and the first time ready for a upgrade, but I consider rather to cancel my contract. I am very unsatisfied with this.
