I wonder what kind of training do your agents get or is it part of Nashua Mobiles value, I don't know what I expected from you, if you could not resolve my query on hello peter how can you resolve it telephonically. I want my phone contract to be cancelled with immediate effect and I'm not going to pay a single cent because as per CPA act it states that I must be treated fairly and that the company must be transparent. I am a paying customer. I respected the contract that you binded me with but why should I continue paying for services I am not getting. Please treat your customers with respect, I'm sure the is many companies that would appreciate me and my money, clearly Nashua mobile makes enough money hence they don't care about my needs.
