I applied for cell phone upgrade on contract through Cell C direct (everything over the phone)
The courier brought new phone without letting me know, so I was not at home. Subsequently the phone went back to Pretoria for some reason, and I have been waiting since then.
This was 2 weeks ago. The unfriendly and seemingly incompetent people at Cell C shop in Eastgate shopping centre don't know what to do. I am greeted with the same incompetancy over the 084145 helpline. This is not acceptable, and I would like to resolve this as soon as possible.
