End of October, we signed a lease on a new place. Beginning of November, I applied to have my line moved, giving telkom their obligatory 30 days notice...
They cancelled it. My DSL service wasn't with telkom.
1st of December the DSL reverted back to Telkom, I applied again to have the line moved...
And since then, the only answer Telkom's agents, managers and supervisors can give me is "We can't find your house on the map"
Well, see, all our friends can, the delivery people can, Eskom can, but you can't...
