Useless service, applied for an account in May and due to cable in Benoni they could not install a line and the service was cancelled not before we received our first account for a non existent line, we applied for a refund of the amount plus the deposit.

We subsequently moved and got a new line and on the first month's bill the refund is on our account and we have been charged for November December and the package is still incorrect after it was changed with the application.

Logged a fault at the Telkom shop on the 14th of November and still no response.

No wonder people hate Telkom
