POOR SERVICE

I took my phone in for repair on the 05.12.2013 and followed up with cell c repair on the 19.12.2013 and they advised that they haven't received my phone and i must go back to Wonder Park branch.
I went back spoke to the manager and he advised me that if i am not happy of how the run the service i must terminate. i had a problem with cell c day 1 i took a contract with them. This coming Thursday 26/12/2013 will be over 21 day while my phone is in for repair. I never had any feedback from them if i don't follow up with them
