INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES

Had a contract with Mtn forEVER, I started with the BB CURVE in 2009, then my contract expired then got a BB TORCH it was still a great deal, however my nightmare started when I upgraded to BB Z10, when I went there I was never told that I need to get a micro sim instead my sim card was cut to fit into the micro sim slot this was Feb 25/2013 now I was late with payment and eventually was paying each month cash, I never thought it would have implications, last friday I had a network problem I dialled 808 then was told everything on their side seemed to be fine I need to reboot my fone and if the problem persists I must call 155, I could make out going and recieved incoming calls and sms, I told that I had to get a micro sim for R135.00 at any nearest Mtn, I was nevere told that my account was still in arrear as I made a payment on the 20th so I thought all was well only to discover yesterday that I still have an outstanding balance, and I wanted an add on contract, THIS WAS VERY SADDENING AS I WASTED MY PETROL, TIME AND ENERGY GOING BACK AND FORTH TO GET ALL THE DOCUMENTS only to be turned away, .MY DAY WAS RUINED AND WILL NEVER USE MTN AGAIN, ANOTHER SP WILL DO A BETTER SERVICE :(
