I upgraded to a Galaxy S4 and waited 3 weeks for delivery. When I called the call centre I was told that I requested a white phone and that there are no white phones in stock. After telling the operator that I did not specify a certain color phone, i eventually received my phone and SIM card via courier. I then contacted the call centre to do a sim swap to keep my number. 3 Days later I the sim card was still not active and I phoned again. Same story and 2 weeks and 7 phone calls later, the sim card was still not active. I then out of frustration with the call centre went in to the Canal Walk Branch where it was established that the sim card that was sent to me was issued to someone else. I then had to pay R140 for a new sim card and now my phone is working at last. The original sim card was sent to me with the phone via courier so it is not my fault. Why then did I have to pay for a new sim card and how can I get my money back?
